Daily Hard ideas:

 

1️⃣ Business / Career

  • Pitch a client, partner, or collaborator you’ve been avoiding.
  • Launch a social media post or email campaign that’s bold and visible.
  • Cold outreach: send 5–10 connection requests/messages to people who could help your business grow.
  • Schedule and deliver a presentation, webinar, or live session you’ve been postponing.
  • Do the task you’ve been procrastinating for weeks!
  • Ask for a raise, promotion, or new responsibility - negotiate like your life depends on it.
  • Publicly share your expertise in a video or post that exposes your skills and ideas.
  • Make a bold decision that moves a project forward

 

2️⃣ Money

  • Track every single dollar for 3 days and act on one insight (cancel, invest, declutter, save).
  • Sell or declutter 5+ things from your home or business for cash.
  • Make one bold financial move that scares you (invest, start a side hustle, pay off a debt)
  • Ask for what you deserve - negotiate payment, contract, or value exchange.
  • Set a micro financial goal and take one massive action toward it (e.g. actions that lead to one new client, one product sold, create one monetised asset).
  • Call a bank, lender, or financial advisor to fix an issue or explore opportunity you’ve been avoiding.

 

3️⃣ Life / Personal Growth

  • Have a conversation you’ve been avoiding with a friend, partner, or family member - speak your truth.
  • Say NO to something you normally would have said yes to, without guilt.
  • Do one thing that scares you - go live on social, make a bold ask, confront a fear.
  • Commit to a physical challenge that pushes your limits (cold swim, run, intense workout).
  • Disconnect fully for a set period (no screens, social media, distractions) and do one meaningful action.
  • Spend 30mins in reflection/journaling about something you’ve been avoiding - then act on one insight.
  • Take a bold personal step forward in growth: enroll in a course, sign up for a mentorship, or book a coaching call.

 

Guidelines for Participants

  • Pick one BAM move per day in any category (Business, Money, Life).
  • You can repeat the same BAM each day, or choose a new one daily.
  • It must scare you a little, push you past comfort, or force you to act on something you’ve been avoiding. (This should produce a result: impact, income, growth, clarity, or courage.)
  • Share your short entry video in the WTW FB group to inspire others.
